facilitated stretch hands-on poses.

Gentle Yoga is designed for those who are looking to get overall fitness, release stress, and lengthen body movements.

CHAIR YOGA
Who will benefit from Chair Yoga? Any person with a limited range of motion or has difficulty getting on the floor.

Chair Yoga will give more balance to a person with physical challenges. It builds confidence in movement and strengthens weak muscles. Breathing & Relaxation exercises increase lung capacity and metal focus. Chair Yoga will help you increase reaching, bending, twisting and other normal limited ranges of motion.

This is a light workout and will bring oxygen to the cells and increase energy.
Poses are mostly in a chair and some standing.
